Wekelijkse Hatha/Raja Yogales in Rotterdam Zuid
We zullen Hatha/Raja Yoga aanbieden voor een gezond lichaam, mind en meer op een prachtige nieuwe locatie!
Elke zondag vanaf 6 april 2025 zullen de yogalessen plaatsvinden van 19.30 – 21.00. Inloop is vanaf 19.15.
Yoga geeft vele voordelen. Het leidt tot een soepel lichaam, heldere mind, goede ademhaling, revitalisatie en nog veel en veel meer.
Het is het achtvoudige pad van yoga (ashtanga) en bevat o.a. joints en glands, asana’s (lichaamshoudingen), relaxatie, pranayama (ademhalingsoefeningen), concentratie en meditatie.
Kom en doe mee met ons op deze prachtige locatie in Rotterdam-Zuid, Charlois.

We will offer Hatha/Raja Yoga classes for a healthy body, mind and more on a beautiful new location
Each Sunday starting 6 April 2025 the yogaclasses will take place from 19.30 – 21.00. Walk-in from 19.15.

It is the eightfold path of yoga (ashtanga) and includes joints and glands, asanas (body positions), relaxation, pranayama (breathing exercises), concentration and meditation.
